Ekta Transport Co. operates a GPS-tracked fleet for corporate employee transportation, industrial cargo movement, and high-security escort assignments, with the group’s security infrastructure built directly into every transport operation. Ekta Facility Management Services delivers professional housekeeping, deep cleaning, pest control, plumbing, landscaping, and comprehensive facility upkeep to corporate campuses and residential complexes across Mumbai and Thane.

Shri Ramachandra Soni
The Founding Vision
The Ekta Group of Company was built on a foundation of discipline, public service, and an unwavering belief in the value of safety and reliable service. Shri Ramachandra Soni, the driving force behind the organisation, brought decades of senior-level government experience from Madhya Pradesh into every decision this company was built on.
That background shaped everything, from how our security guards are trained to how our transport operations are managed and how our facility teams are held accountable. His belief was direct: whether you are protecting a premises, moving cargo, or maintaining a facility, the standard of the people doing the work is everything.
Today, the organisation is led by Mr Awadesh R. Soni, who carries that same sense of purpose across all three divisions of the group. Under his leadership, Ekta Security Force, Ekta Transport Co., and Ekta Facility Management Services have each grown in scale while holding firm to the values and standards that built this group’s reputation in the first place.

Mr. Ramchandra Soni
Honorary Advisor
The company was established under the able inspiration and guiding spirit of our honourary advisor Mr. Ramchandra Soni. Born in the year 1946 in a noble family of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Soni is a man of great vision who believes in achieving great aims with a strong sense of purpose, discipline and commitment.
Mr. Awadesh R. Soni
Proprietor
The team is headed by Mr. Awadesh R. Soni, who is the proprietor of the organization. Mr. Soni was born in a noble family of Madhya Pradesh whose father and grandfather held distinguished posts in police and armed forces. He is committed to provide crime free society, which is without fear and terror.
Mr. Ashok K. Srivastava
Commander
Mr. Ashok Srivastava, born in 1950 in North India, is Chief Advisor. He served 25 years in the armed forces and held various international roles. A member of the Security Association of India and National Safety Council, he played a key role in developing Mumbai’s disaster management policy with the Municipal Commissioner.
